Good form is essential to this pose but it needs a specialized workshop to truly understand why it might not come naturally to you. This is also a great chance for yoga teachers to learn how to help their students master this tricky pose.

The donation-based First Sunday workshop starts immediately after Sally’s Sunday morning class on the first Sunday of each month. Each month will focus on a different pose/theme. It is recommended but not required for you to attend the 10:30 yoga class first.

You can stay after class for an extra 15 minutes, 30 minutes, or whatever amount of time you want up to 12:30pm. Donate what you can.
