PARKINSON’S DISEASE

SONA is proud to collaborate with the Star Center Foundation and The Cleveland Feeding and Swallowing Center to offer FREE sound baths to people with Parkinson’s and their caregivers. Adaptive yoga sessions with Sally are also available. Please contact Esther Verbovsky to find out if you qualify.

FIBROMYALGIA

Sally has lived with Fibro for decades and understands the unique challenges of managing this complicated and misunderstood diagnosis. Today, after many years of struggling to heal, she is thriving and growing into an exciting new chapter of pain-free life. CHRONIC PAIN & CHRONIC ILLNESS

There are so many conditions that fall under this umbrella that they can’t all be listed, but if you’re struggling with not feeling good much of the time, SONA is here for you. Our goal is to offer programs to support people with autoimmune disorders, rheumatoid and osteoarthritis, POTS, chronic fatigue, and anyone who feels left behind because of pain or ailments that just don’t go away.

CAREGIVERS

At SONA we are keenly aware of the challenges faced by people who are taking care of loved ones with Parkinson’s and other medical conditions. We are here for you, too! Sound baths are a wonderful way for you to bring your special person out for an activity, and for you to get some well-deserved rest and healing. 

VICARIOUS TRAUMA

If you work in a profession where you witness other people’s trauma, you deserve support to process that experience. Therapists, first responders, police, domestic violence workers, ER and other medical professionals are just some of the communities who can be served at SONA.
